4. Angled Latch Drawer Lock: After removing the key, simply push the drawer in to lock.

Extended Information: Based on usage, common locks are broadly categorized into civilian locks, automotive locks, safe locks, and special locks.

Civilian locks include door locks, padlocks, drawer locks (cabinet locks), bathroom locks, and other everyday items. Automotive locks include various types of car locks, but with the introduction of modern car anti-theft systems showcasing automotive chips and other electronic anti-theft technologies, while not strictly locks, they are increasingly becoming a new topic in the lock repair industry as part of automotive anti-theft systems, alongside mechanical locks. Safes typically contain either mechanical locks or combination locks. Mechanical locks for safes operate on similar principles to civilian locks, differing only in model and type. Combination locks are further divided into mechanical and electronic combination locks. To open a safe, you insert the card into the keyhole, making contact with the internal card reader. For contactless locks, this process is unnecessary; simply connect the card to the lock's reader. Electromagnetic locks are widely used, such as those in parking lots and subways. These are made using electromagnetic principles, making them virtually impossible to open when locked. Crucially, they cannot be closed without power, so they are generally used in guarded access doors and in conjunction with mechanical locks for room access control. Biometric locks are a product of biometric technology, resulting in advanced locks such as fingerprint locks, palm print locks, and retinal locks.
